You could say my posts are running about a year behind......... but let's start getting you caught up on what the team has been up to since the last post and give you the finished product of the 1920s home remodel!
1920s home gutted an re-imagined
Custom 32×60 shower with a mix of subway tiles, mosiac and river rock on the base.
This small three piece bathroom was completely gutted and transformed into a wounderful oasis with high end finishes and a spa like feel
Just finished this once wasted 1/2 story space into a beautiful modern 300 sqft master suite with lots of closet space. Not to forget the distressed exposed brick chimney and refinished original floors to give that trendy New York loft feel

This is a recent 70's bungalow renovation we worked on. Completely new look and feel with a grey tone color pallet, shaker style cabinets, granite countertops, metal and glass mosaics and the list goes on. The collaborative work with the these return customers turned out beautifully

This was a largescale renovation that ecompassed the entire home. With a complete gutting and restructuring this lakefront property went from a near teardown to abeautifully redesigned work of art! The revoation was done with a combined effort of Stewart Homes and Cold Creek Carpentry.
