Body doubling is a practice in which a person works on and completes potentially frustrating tasks alongside another person. The body double’s job is to help anchor the person to the present moment and task, reducing the risk of distraction.
The body double may make a boring task more rewarding and fun. Alternatively, they may place subtle pressure on the person to remain focused. In some cases, the mere presence of a body double soothes the anxious mind of a person with symptoms of hyperactivity. A body double can also model attentive, focused work.

A detailed cleaning of all your bathrooms. Dusting/damp wipe down of all reachable surfaces, window sills and cleaning of all flooring in bedrooms, hallways, kitchen and living room. At a worry-free flat-rate price so you’ll know exactly what you’ll be paying for the entire job!

You can book your regular cleanings as weekly, biweekly, or monthly appointments. Regular appointments keep your home beautifully maintained and much easier for you to manage in between appointments.
