There are stations set up from health professionals to provide education as well as resources and prizes + more!

You’re invited to provide brain injury education and promote your services! The JOIN US NEXT WEEK for the Brain Injury Group (B.I.G) Walk on June 15th, 2024 from 10:00-12:00 pm @ the William Allman Memorial Arena (15 Morenz Dr.) in Stratford.
Providers will be assigned a space along the route to set up a table. Space is limited. Priority will be given to Perth based practices. Please note: you will be responsible for your own handouts/ resources as well as set-up and take-down of the stations.

Last night, those who attended the Perth Brain Injury Support Group meeting were able to learn several new strategies for self-advocating in the community, with family & friends as well as in the healthcare setting. Members left with tools to carry with them for conversation starting, boundary setting, appointment preparation, and many other social situations!
