It is also possible to experience a fork in the road so to say. It’s time to make a decision between two paths. Lean in on your intuition to trust which direction you are heading in.

The wheel represents change, like the wheel it is always spinning but it’s never the same. Learn to enjoy the constant regeneration. Take the chance to understand your cycle in order to expand. Trying to control outcomes would prove to be impossible so just go with the flow.

Our brains are only capable of taking in a small percentage of every experience/situation we go through...

126 (give or take 7) bits of information out of 2 million bit..

That information will be filed by our brains according to what we believe SUBCONSCIOUSLY.

So it will delete what doesn’t add to our belief, distort to match our self talk, and generalize the topic to store in our brains...

It’s why “if you believe you can’t 👉🏼 You’re right... if you believe you can 👉🏼 You’re right”

This was my story 4 years ago. It led down a spiralling rabbit hole of depression sprinkled with anxiety! I was unhappy in my marriage and short tempered with my boys... it was ancestral trauma / generational curses, being carried through to my boys and I was ashamed.

I felt broken.. but THAT journey led me down a crazy road of “recovery”, course correction.. whatever - and I would love to help you if you FEEL this reality.

First... you can’t find that “magik fix” because, YES! You are special case, BE PROUD OF THAT!! You have the answers within YOU to find what you need! There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with you, you are Perfect Right Now!

It took ALOT of self work, understanding how I tick.. before I realized ...
1. Hard truth
👉🏼My reality is exactly what I created sub consciously and

2. I have the power to change this.

But it took the universe supporting, arranging and teaching you everything You needed to know in order to be in the place You are RIGHT NOW!

Girl. You experienced the things to teach you what you needed to learn.. you patiently waited for things “behind the scenes” to align, for you to arrive at this moment and decide..

“Now I choose something new.
Now I take charge.
Now I step into my power!”
