How can I as a Realtor sell not just one unit in here but sell this building! Work with a brokerage who can teach you how to help the developer put together a commercial development project. While putting this project together talk to the client about selling these units for them early on. Don’t wait to bring it up after the building is already finished. You can sometimes put units under contract after the PLA is received and construction hasn’t even began. We have done this many times!
