Sacred Wellness Rituals

My heart is full of joy and love for all the beautiful Souls that shared sacred space with Jenine and I last night at our Restorative Yoga Sound Bath Sweet Serenity Yoga and Wellness. We cleared space within our energetic and physical bodies for new beginnings; planting the seeds of healing and transformation with poses and sound frequencies to restore balance our entire being. May we continue to support and uplift each other as we move forward more fully into our path of greater peace, love and joy this Spring and beyond!

Cherising all the beautiful souls who shared their authentic selves at our Valentine’s Cacao, drum & dance journey today at Sweet Serenity Yoga and Wellness! It was a beautiful, juicy afternoon filled with powerful medicines to help claim and activate our intentions of embodying loving kindness, peace, freedom… and letting go of judgements, perfection, anxiety, etc. We savoured and drank cacao, drummed, danced our hearts out and journaled. Oh and let’s not forget the yummy valentine’s cupcakes made by Chef Ted!

What a lovely evening our Autumn Equinox Ritual & Sound Bath was at the beautiful studio Vayusha Yoga. We did some simple practices from Qi Gong to bolster the lungs, immune system, move stagnant energy and relax with amazing views of the Mountains! Then settled in for a 5 elements sound journey, including a release ritual and gratitude meditation. Thanks to all the beautiful souls that joined me for a soothing night to remember.

What a fun and healing afternoon we had at our Body Shame Healing Ritual & Sound Journey! Thanks to all the beautiful women who showed up authentically in our circle. You were courageous in the uncomfortable moments and stayed open and present. What a joy it was to play through dance afterwards and then relax to soothing sounds including our shamanic journey! Thanks to all who came to our Easter Spring Clean Sound Bath today! I am always inspired by all those who show up for themselves and take time for their well-being. Today we moved some stagnant energy with our Acupressure tapping and cleared it with the Violet Flame visualization. Then we relaxed to the max while I balanced the Chakras with various frequencies and sounds. The weather of constant rain all day certainly added a sense of cleansing and refreshing our spirits as well!
