I needed a BIG CHANGE 8 years ago when my drinking habits were causing major challenges in my life; DUI’s, relationship problems, health problems, financial problems, emotional problems etc.

It took me many years to finally surrender to the idea of reaching out for help and doing a program of action. This was the best decision I have ever made. Understanding that alcoholism has very little to do with alcohol and that the problem is more centered in my habits, behaviors, attitudes, and beliefs (THINKING). In all essence, my mind would just never turn off unless I had that drink.
