We are recruiting participants for a research study: “Parent Perspectives on Culturally Safe Early Intervention Services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children in British Columbia”. We want all families to receive the best early intervention services for their d/Deaf and hard of hearing children. The findings from this study will help us to better understand what is working well and what is not so we can continue to improve early intervention services in our province.
Primary caregivers of d/Deaf or hard of hearing children 0-6 years old who live in British Columbia are eligible to participate.
The survey will be available in the following languages: English, traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese, and Punjabi.
The survey may take 45 minutes to complete. Participants can enter a prize draw to win an iPadOS 16 64GB.
See flyer (https://ubc.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_25GyLpq3ozoRsDY) for a brief description of the study. You will also find a link to the consent form and the online survey that participants can take.
