Typically, veiwed as the "last" day of the week.

How many times have you justified doing NOTHING because "It's my last day off"
"I'll start on Monday"

Monday comes, and goes and by Wednesday you're already justifying starting your goal AGAIN next Monday.

Yes, the rest is important.

Justifying laziness with "rest" is not giving yourself rest but setting you back further.

So ask yourself, will my future self be thankful for what I do today? EVERYDAY

I used to do the same thing, the justifying, the excuses, the everything.

Sunday is NOW my FIRST day of the week because I know, what I do today, sets up the rest of my week.

Use this day to plan, to ground down, and focus on what your goals are. What your plan is. How YOU want your week to look like.

This doesn't mean you need to overwhelm yourself. Plan some meals, set some goals, make a to-do list, cleanse your house.

Everyone is different. Find what makes YOU feel best and sets YOURSELF up for Success.

- The days you DON'T want to - Are the days you NEED to! -
Motivation is great BUT it's not reliable.
Discipline is the foundation for success.
"I don't want to" "I don't have time"
"I didn't feel like it today" "I'm tired"
- That's relying on motivation to move you forward & that's exactly why are you still in the same spot you were in when you said you wanted to change.
- Pick a goal, break it down into steps and complete those steps EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Breakfast Loaf - Meal Prep

Breakfast can be one of the hardest meals to get yourself to eat. Save yourself some time in the morning by prepping this Breakfast Loaf. Quick & Easy & Full of Protien.

12 - Large Eggs
1 Cup - Cottage Cheese
8 Slices - Cooked Turkey Bacon
1 Cup - Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
1 Cup - Shredded Mozza Cheese
1 tbsp - Avacado Oil (for baking sheet)
Spices that you enjoy

Pre-Heat Oven to 350
Oil Baking Dish
Crack Eggs & Whisk
Add cottage cheese, meat & veggies & mix
Top with mozza Cheese & bake for approximately 20 mins. (I broil it at the end to crisp on the cheese)
Let cool & cut into portions. (I cut into 8)

Calories: 226
Carbs: 1.7g
Protien: 17.9g
Fat: 16.3g

Be creative, add other veggies & meat as you like & get your protien in!

- CHOCOLATE IS MY WEAKNESS -

This is my GO - TO when I need my chocolate fix!

- Chocolate Protein Fat Bombs -

- 1 Cup All Natural Almond Butter
- 1 Cup of Coconut Oil
- 3 Cups Of UNSWEETENED shredded coconut
- 2 Cups of Protien Powder (Mine is obv chocolate)
- 2 Tbsps SUGAR FREE Raspberry Jam (Optional I just love raspberries)

Melt coconut oil in large pot, one melted, add and mix all the other ingredients.

Scoop into silicone muffin tin cups, OR scoop into balls on baking sheet OR pour into baking dish.

Put in freezer until frozen. Remove from freezer and break into portions (if needed) place in freezer safe container with a lid and store.

Eat as you like!

😅 It's a Character Building Day!

Have bananas that need to be used? A quick breakfast for yourself or the kids while rushing out the door? Pre or Post Workout? Here’s a recipe for you!
Protein Banana Oat Muffins
Makes 24 Muffins
4 – Mashed Bananas
4 Cups – Gluten Free Oats
2 tsp – Baking Powder
1 tsp – Baking Soda
1 Cup – Protein Powder (I used Cinnamon Delight By PEScience which is vegan)
1 tsp – Salt
1 Cup – Natural Peanut Butter
2 tsp – Vanilla Extract
1 Cup – Almond Milk
½ Cup – Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Optional:
½ Cup – Raisins or dried cranberries or dark chocolate chips… ect Be Creative!
1) Pre heat oven to 350°
2) Mix dry ingredients together
3) Mix wet ingredients together
4) Combine wet and dry ingredients
5) Scoop into lined muffin tins
6) Bake for 20-25 mins or until toothpick poke comes clean
If making a loaf bake for 30-35mins

Nutritional Value: Per Serving
Calories: 166kcal
Carbohydrates: 17.4g
Protein: 8.7g
Total Fats: 7.2g
Saturated Fats: 1.4g
Sodium: 256mg
Sugar: 4.3g
Fiber: 2.7g

One of the biggest things for me;

Is finding healthy snacks for the kids.

Today's marketing is top tier with making things look healthy, but indeed are not. Packed with sugar, hidden processed goods, un-needed fake flavors & dyes, a mile long list of words we can't pronounce...
To come across an actual product with true ingredients, we're spending an arm and a leg for snacks that will last a day.

When we're feeding our kids, we are feeding the future genteration.

It is our JOB, our OBLIGATION to nurture them to be the best they can be. Their health should be our PRIORITY not a matter of "CONVENIENCE".

Still pefecting this recipe:

Don't say you don't got time; This took my 7 year old and I, MAYBE 10 minutes to make.

Protein Granola Bars:

Servings: 12
Per Serving:
Calories: 257
Protien: 16g / Carbs: 17g / Fat: 13g

Ingredients:
2 Cups - Gluten Free Oats
1 Cup - 2% Milk (Use almond for dairy free)
2 tbsp - Natural Maple Syrup or Honey
1 Cup - Almond Butter (Swap w/alternative if needed)
4 Scoops - Protien Powder of Choice

Combine wet ingredients in pot over LOW heat.
Add Dry ingredients & mix well.
Pour into baking dish (lined with parchment)
Flatten & let cool (we put it in the freezer for faster results)
When cool pop out out of dish, cut it to bars.
I store them in a container in the fridge to keep them from getting too sticky.

"Easier said than Done" I get it. I'm a parent (which is countless jobs on it's own), I am a daughter, a sister, a fiance, I work multiple jobs not including running a company. I know life might feel hard right now and the world seems to get crazier and crazier. BUT that makes your investment into yourself just that more VITAL. Small steps, tiny habits, grow into HUGE things. Just start! Aim for 3 Daily Wins. THAT'S IT.

- How many of us have looked at the bmi chart and been like omg... I'm obese.. or overweight... or had your doctor tell you, you need to loose weight because your bmi is too high? ✋️

- BUT did you know? The Body Mass Idex (BMI) was created to assess the average health of a POPULATION and NOT the health of an individual?

- My BMI states that I am OVERWEIGHT.

- YET my body fat % falls into a fitness category.

- BMI is garbage! And it truly should stopped being used as a measurement of health of an individual.

- STOP using the scale/BMI to measure your progress.

- STOP basing your worth, your value on the number on the scale or tag of your clothes.

- You are so much more then that!
