Baking up some cookies for the Spring Fling Market at the Swift Current mall tomorrow 9-5.
I will have cupcakes, muffins and other goodie’s too.

We’re are looking for two different casual staff to add to our crew!

Primary responsibilities will be front retail staff duties with additional production, receiving and stocking tasks.

5-6 hour shifts, varying and flexible days Monday-Saturday, and no early mornings! Applicant must be able to work independently and work full shifts from 11am-4 or 5pm when scheduled. This position is not suitable for a student.

• Saturdays Summer Position •

Primary responsibilities will be customer service, selling merchandise, setting up displays, hauling, lifting, moving stock and counting inventory and balancing cash.

Applicant must be outgoing and able to work independently. One-three Saturdays a month; 5-7 hour shifts, Saturdays hours will be between 8am-4pm.

Making 6inch pizza crusts

The pizza crust turned out awesome. Soft and not like cardboard 🤣🤣.

They smell good. Now to make them into a pizza and test them out !!
Fully cooked you just have to add your own toppings and cook until hot all the way through! 😊

I have been working on some muffins and some gourmet cupcakes that I will be selling at the museum in Swift Current Saturday February 10. At market at the museum I will have piña colada, and German chocolate for gourmet cupcakes and muffins I will have lemon poppyseed, morning glory, blueberry, cinnamon swirl and of course I will have all my frozen cookie dough.

Trying out new recipes today !!
I made lemon poppy seed muffins ,piña colada cupcakes , and pumpkin muffins.
This is the lemon poppy seed and piña colada.
Now to take them to work and try them on my taste tester!! I try and get people that are not gluten free to try them too because let’s face it those of us that are gluten free are used to eating things that are not always the best but at least it is something !!! So if I get my non gluten free people to try and they like them then I know they will be a hit 😊

The freezer is stocked with gluten free cookie dough ready whenever you are ready for a fresh gluten free snack .

I have also been experimenting with gluten free muffins and cupcakes !

I am thinking of doing a different recipe every week available by preorder, I will post the flavour of the week on a Monday and you will have until Thursday to order ( just message me on my page ) and I will have them baked and ready for pick up on the following Monday .
. I will sell them in packs of four but I’m still working out the details .
Let me know if this is something you are interested in 👍.
And remember you don’t have to be gluten free to enjoy them I have given some to family and friends and they say you can’t tell that they are gluten free because they are actually mostly not dry like some of the store bought ones you can buy !
