We're back! After a summer hiatus, I woke up my starter and she's ready to go. This autumn I won't have a regular baking schedule, but I will be taking orders on request. Just message me if you'd like some fresh sourdough or focaccia!
I can't wait to turn this into a grilled turkey and cheese for lunch š¤¤
With summer approaching and no central air, my baking days will be more sporadic and dependant on cooler weather. With that said, if you'd like some bread just give me a shout, and I'll happily get something baked for you when I can!

Introducing Spiced Apple focaccia! Apples tossed with warm spices and vanilla on a fluffy focaccia, finished with a sprinkle of brown sugar. I'm so excited to finally have a sweet item on the menu!

As a kid I remember not loving the crust on bread; I would eat around the edges of my sandwich or toast to get it out of the way and save the soft inside for last. Now though, I find myself saving a piece of the crunchy crust for my last bite, and I'm not sure if it's because my tastes have changed as I've gotten older or if it's because the crust on this sourdough is so delicious. Maybe it's a bit of both.
Nothing makes a cold, windy day better than the smell of fresh bread.
