The ideal candidate is reliable, passionate about the service industry, possesses strong leadership skills, delivers exceptional customer service, and has a strong work ethic. This position requires weekend availability and includes, but is not limited to: overseeing, supporting and participating in day to day operations of the taproom; scheduling; ordering; training; collaboration with other departments; flexibility; and miscellaneous duties as they arise.
