This 44 year old female patient’s case was a bit unique in that the goal of her surgery was to solely reshape her neck. She was not looking or facial rejuvenation to look more youthful. She had long been bothered by her obtuse shaped neck and she wanted more contour. For best result, she was offered a deep plane facelift however she opted for a less invasive approach; submentalplasty with neck liposuction. To further enhance her result, a facelift can still be performed at a later date when she is ready.
