As the spirit of 🐷 roast continues...our good friends at Lakehead Ironworks treated the Itec Team to a very special lunch today. I don't know what we did to deserve this...but I can tell you, it didn't go unappreciated (or un-eaten...😂). Thank you Team Lakehead Ironworks!!!
PS. I don't know if you've ever had the privilege to enjoy a lunch event hosted by Spit Fire Grill & Co. , but they took care of everything. The pig was smoked on site since the early hours of the morning...they brought the buns, salads, and ice cold drinks...and even took care of supplying the napkins, plates and condiments. Thank you Spit Fire Grill for providing a special treat for lunch today!

We’re often asked if we offer freezer meals in family size!

The answer is Yes!!

We don’t however keep them stocked as we don’t have freezer space!

You are welcome to place a custom order for a family sized 9x13 pan of any of the items on our menu! Typically we can complete these orders within 48 hours!

Have you seen the up coming weather forecast for Thunder Bay? Looks like winter might actually find us…moments after spring officially arrives 🙄

With those warm temps and high volume of snow the roads will be a disaster! Might be a good idea to stock up on some ready made meals before hand!

For me, snow days call for a nice warm bowl of chicken noodle soup or maybe some nostalgic baked Mac and cheese!

All of our granola are made from scratch with simple ingredients, right down to the apple bits we dehydrate ourselves after tossing them in a dusting of cinnamon. Sweetened with pure, maple syrup or local honey and baked two toasted golden colour.

We have four varieties to choose from.
