This person had a slipped disk the week prior to getting their first Vacuum Therapy treatment.

Symptoms included; sciatica pain down to the foot, limited hip movement, tight and sore all through the lower back.

While doing the treatment, I found a large area that was hard and swollen right where the sciatica cluster is on the right side. Gently working on this area until we felt a shift and the swelling went down. Fluid was dispersed and encouraged to the drainage in the groin area.
An immediate short slow 5 minute walk to get things moving then home to lay down and rest. I recommended short walks once an hour but to not fatigue the back.

Vacuum Therapy encourages blood flow to the area for faster recovery times. Toxins are released and the lymphatic system is activated all in this simple treatment.

The first message was the evening of the treatment. The second message was the next morning.

Okay so I tried this shampoo ( I used the leave in conditioner instead of the one in the picture ) and I'm impressed so far. Day 2-3 and my hair is still feeling great ! Not greasy ( and after yesterday's activities, it should be ) not dry and not full of static 🥳 so far I am one super impressed and one happy lady !

Finally worked up to sitting in my office. It's been a struggle trying to get in here to get something accomplished.

Do you ever feel like there is so much to do that you can't possibly get ANYTHING accomplished ?

Constantly running in circles, starting a project just to get distracted and start something else ?

This is how I feel majority of the time. I have a really tough time focusing on one task, I have so many ideas and daily life things to think about and seem to have a hole in my thought filter so it all escapes w***y nilly and I get distracted.

Things I try that help keep me more organized and single task focused:

#1 ~ Make lists .... Many many lists

I have about a dozen lists around my house at all times.

#2 ~ Write stuff down as you think of it, don't try to remember later, DO IT NOW

This one is essential for me personally. For anyone that knows me, I have a terrible memory. I forget where I'm going, what I'm doing and even who I'm talking to sometimes 🤦🏼‍♀️ my salvation has been in doing things when I think of them, right then in that moment.

#3 ~ Read those lists often !

I have lists in common areas around the house. Seeing them reminds me that I have things to do instead of turning the b**b tube on or scroling through social media

#4 ~ Cross something off of the list daily ✔️

This helps boost moral ( yes this is important when you are self employed but for everyone in general ) Being self employed, your moral is what your clients / customers feel when you interact with them. Good energy attracts good energy.

#5 ~ Dedicate time for your tasks and stick to it.

Making a schedule is a great way to ensure you make time for the things you need to get done.

#6 ~ Appreciate your efforts ***

This one is so important. Even the smallest task can be a lot when clustered with many other small tasks. The small stuff counts.

#7 ~ One day at a time.

This one is the hardest for me. I'm always in a rush to get stuff done. I give myself ridiculous deadlines that I can't possibly keep and it's defeating. Baby steps has proven to work so I'm trying to stick to them 🤣👍
