Thank you for your recent donation of 4 thermal Meals on Wheels bags that will allow the Multi-Service Centre (MSC) to deliver an additional 3,900 meals/ year to meet the growing needs of our community.

Tillson Pizza generously donated funds to cover costs of Thanksgiving Meals for our Meals on Wheels clients today. We are truly thankful for the continued generosity and support from Tillson Pizza. A free meal and a mini pumpkin - what a special gift for our clients! Thank you to Karen (pictured) and all of the other volunteers that continue to deliver Meals on Wheels in our community. We are truly thankful for your gift of time!

What a lovely evening celebrating the success of our local businesses last week at the Awards of Excellence!

Tillson Pizza won the Community Service Award. The Tran family shared that they came to Canada years ago with very little and worked hard to provide for their family. They relied on the assistance of a few local organizations to help them get by. As Tillson Pizza has provided their livelihood over the years, they've been able to give back to the community that helped them when they were in need. Congratulations, Tillson Pizza!

Like most small businesses, restaurants are feeling the effects of the COVID-19 lock down. But you can help, support local restaurants like Tillson Pizza by ordering take-out or delivery. So treat your family to a great meal today! A big thank you to a great local business for continuing to serve the community.

We hope that everyone is doing well during these uncertain times. At Tillson Pizza, we take the safety and well-being of your family and our family seriously. We have made the following changes to ensure that our community stays safe.

- Take-out and delivery orders is still available

- We are requesting a limit of 4 customers in the store a time, while practicing social distancing

- We kindly ask during busier times (lunch and dinner) that one person from your party comes in for their order, this will allow us to serve more customers in a quicker and efficient manner. We are available to assist with carryout to your vehicle

- All debit and credit terminals are equipped with tap-payment options

- We will still accept cash payments

- If you are uncomfortable with coming into the store for takeout, we can bring your order to your car. Please let us know this in advance when placing your order and your method of payment

- If you are self-isolating at home, we can make arrangements for deliveries by placing your delivery order safely outside your door and can accept tap payments with our delivery drivers or cash payments in an envelope placed in a visible area

In addition to the changes of our business, we are adhering to the highest level of cleanliness by constantly disinfecting our cash area and door handles.

We are hoping that you and your loved ones stay safe and we will keep you updated with any further changes.
