🌿 Fun Fact: Remember how I mentioned I went to Nevada/California??
▪︎ What you don't know, is that I had a set up to do for Gold Dust Event Planning & Decorating (literally) as soon as I came back!

▪︎ I left Las Vegas at 4:30pm Thurs and I touched down in Timmins at 9:35am Fri - (my Godsend of a boss) Sherrie picked me up at the airport and we drove straight over to Mount Jamieson Resort to get started the Greenery & Golden vibe decor for this stunning wedding.

💜 CONGRATULATIONS TO THE HAPPY COUPLE - WISHING YOU AN EVERLASTING LOVE! 💜

🌿 Extra Fun Fact: My little brother was actually part of this wedding party!

🌿 I recently took off on a very spontaneous adventure to , and it was just the vacation I needed to find some new inspiration!

💜 A nice change of scenery with some of the coolest roadtrip checkpoints on our way to Happiest Place on Earth!

🌿 We travelled through California, and watched the most beautiful sunset falling over the palm trees that lined Rte 66, found a Bottle Tree Ranch in the middle of the desert and celebrated Disneyland's 69th birthday and as usual, you'll find me in the flowers...and Disneyland had no shortage in their market on Main St.
*And check out that tropical vibe (pic no. 3) on the Jungle Cruise ride!

💜 So much to see, so much to do..so very little time, but so many memories and all kinds of new ideas came back with me!

🌿 I haven't posted much of my own designs lately; I've been so busy this Summer, which I could not be more thankful for!
▪︎▪︎Though there's not been a lot on Fb, I have been working on things behind the scenes, and I cant wait to share with you all, some new designs soon!

💜 That being said...I recently made a small spontaneous decision that had me landing in Las Vegas late last night...

▪︎ I'll still be answering messages as much as possible - please be patient if I don't answer right away, as there is a time difference, and I will be out exploring!

💜 Glitter and Glimmer and Sparkle oh my!

▪︎ The elegance encapsulated at the second venue was absolutely stunning...though nothing could compare to the bride.

▪︎ We hung wisteria from the above the chapel for the ceremony, and then went over to the reception venue to add enough sparkle fit for a princess.

💜 Congrats to the Bride&Groom.

🌿 The dreamiest cascade of wisteria adorning the ceiling of Mount Jamieson for this classic look.

💜 Every time I do this ceiling, I'm in awe of it.
(Even after the 45+ trips up and down the ladder - I'm still in awe.)
& that Boxwood backdrop + Neon sign will never get old!

💜 Loving the vintage feel...

- the newest wedding trend has been the guest book phones! How cool are they!?

🌿 M O R E from the Vintage & Vinyls Collection !

▪︎ The "pocket style" of the vinyl arrangements are made from heating the records under boiling water and quickly (because HOT) molding them into an "L" shape, and then again to pop up the side creating a "pocket" for me to design in.
》》 Sometimes they stay flat and are able to stay up right on their own...and sometimes, they have a mind of their own - so I attach a hanging fixture to the back and Voíla "wall art."

🌿 The "Sweetest" Graduation Gift you ever did see!!

🌿 Only my mom can convince me to come up with a "graduation arrangement filled with candies."

💜 Known (literally) as "Mme Bonbon" 🍬 to the students, Madame Jackie wanted to make sure her Gr.8s wouldn't forget her as they move on to high school next year...
♡♡ So, we cut out some foam core, some bristol board, we shopped, we glued, we snacked;) and we placed all the different candies surrounding a star (representing their school) and hung a tassle including a keychain with their graduating year!
