Congratulations to this couple who travelled to a sunny venue! Megan was gorgeous in her custom sized dress! The dress was sized down and the back detail had to be redone, hemmed, bustle set in and straps resized! The veil was a simple single layer that I custom made! Glad you wore it Megan...I love a veil on a bride! Thank you so much for sharing your day!

When you first sign up for the adoption program you will be asked to name your colony and your queen. You will also be given the option to pick up a beehive box to decorate, or send us a picture that we can laminate and attach to your hive (paint and shipping not included).
You will then receive an exclusive 2024 Birch Road Acres-Adoption Program T-shirt, and a 2024 Birch Road Acres Membership. Your membership entitles you to 20% off Apiary Tours, and 10% off all Birch Road Acres products in 2024.
Over the course of the Beekeeping Season (May to October) you will be updated regularly on how your hive is doing (15 updates minimum), Updates from the apiary will be sent digitally and will include a video or pictures of your hive as well information about what has happened in the apiary since your last update. You can also expect bee facts, jokes, and/or pdf activities added to your update.
Your adoption package also includes one live update with a beekeeper. This 15 min FaceTime session will be scheduled between you and a Birch Road Acres Beekeeper and give you the opportunity to tour the Apiary, see inside your hive, and ask questions from the comfort of your home!
Now for the Extra Sweet Part, as a hive adopter you also get 2Kg of Liquid Raw Honey from YOUR hive. You pick what size jars you want, and they will even come with custom labels with your colonies name!

Eloping has become so much fun with the development of Eloping Packages! Reiley and Josh had a very romantic wedding and the setting looks amazing! Reileys dress only needed a few alterations and a good steam to make it perfect!
Ahhh...she looks so beautiful! Congratulations!

If you want to learn about quilting, this amazing group is very welcoming, encouraging and so inspiring!

Julie only had a few alterations to do to be ready for her special day! I attached her belt, adjusted the front hem, tweeked the shoulders and added a bustle for evening! Julie found the perfect earring in my little shop! The results are picture perfect! Thanks for sharing your day! I love getting personal notes and pictures!

Bailey looked beautiful in her customized bridal gown! I resized the bodice to fit better and hemmed the gown. Bailey wanted buttons down the back so I added 75 buttons to the back seam...such a gorgeous detail! It was just hard to decide which button!

This is Meg! A beautiful bridesmaid whose dress was too big and too long! She looks great in her customized dress and I have to brag her up...she dyed the dress after to be able to wear it again! I am impressed!!! The color looks amazing! It looks so different!

What does this mean? Does anyone know a professional spot cleaner? 🤔 Beware of a really inexpensive dress...they are meant to be a 1 time use, sometimes not even steam can come near them!

Congratulations to Serrinna and Jesse! This bride and her bridal party were so much fun to sew for! I tweaked straps, curved bustlines, hemmed and fitted waists! Ahhhh...I love getting pictures! Thanks for sharing your day Serrinna!

I couldn't help but say "yes" to Kelly when she asked if I could make a little dressing gown out of her wedding gown! She didn't want it too busy but gave me full creative permission to cut away! What a beautiful gift for Kelly to give her daughter Emily. Emily brought me her dress just to fix the straps! It's never just the straps! Lol
I did replace the straps, changed out the horrid white cups, hemmed and steamed the dress! Thanks for sharing your sharing your special day!

Surprisingly, I often cut trains! Julie-Anne told me to cut it off! Lol I actually only cut it by 1/2 for the second fitting...she just looked at me and said "nope, it needs to be floor length". She was absolutely right! Each bride has to feel good in her dress. She looks radiant!
Her bodice had to be taken apart to fit well and the small sleeves were made removeable (just in case)

Congratulations Stephanie and Ryan! This dress was hemmed, loops and buttons for a bustle, and bodice fitted. I love receiving thank you cards. The personal notes mean so much!
There's just something about a veil!

This brides main concern was getting the dress to fit well in the bust area. I told her not to worry...I love fitting the bust! Most importantly I love taking things apart! Lol In this case I had to take the dress apart in order to reshape it properly. The dress also had the train removed, hemmed and better boning set in with a jewel sewn onto the front. Ryah sent me these pictures from her wedding. Congratulations Ryah!
