Our Central Resource Team hosted their annual Christmas and Recognition Event for in the Timmins area virtually for the first time earlier this week!

The virtual event provided an opportunity to thank foster families in the region and to celebrate the holiday season with them!

We received a number of generous donations from our community that were provided to our foster parents via draws and game prizes as tokens of our appreciation for their dedication and exceptional care of our community’s children and youth.

We would also like to thank the following donors who provided these amazing gifts for the event:

Notre équipe de ressources centrale a organisé leur fête de Noël annuelle pour les parents de famille d'accueil de Timmins et ses environs pour la première fois virtuellement plus tôt cette semaine !

Cet évènement virtuel nous a permis de remercier nos familles d'accueil de la région et de célébrer la période des Fêtes avec eux !

Nous avons reçu un certain nombre de dons généreux de notre communauté qui ont été remis à nos familles d'accueil par le biais de tirages au sort et de prix de jeux en guise de remerciement pour leur dévouement et leur prise en charge exceptionnelle des enfants et des jeunes de notre communauté.

Un grand merci aux partenaires communautaires qui ont fourni des dons pour cet évènement!

Avez-vous pensé à devenir un parent de famille d'accueil ? Contribuez à faire en sorte que nous ayons le bon foyer pour chaque enfant en devenant parent de famille d'accueil.

Nos communautés ont besoin de familles d'accueil issues de contextes raciaux, religieux, d'orientation sexuelle et/ou d'identité de genre particuliers.

We will be collecting non perishables and toys until December 20th and distributing to families in need so they can access a Christmas meal and toys for their little ones.

Please bring all donations to The Razors Strop in the 101 mall. For donations of fresh items or cash to purchase them(milk, butter, Turkey, vegetables, etc,) message Stacey Caron or our page and I will have a place to store them until Christmas.
