We are thrilled to announce that we have partnered with the Schumacher Lions Club to bring you an amazing, music filled summer, every Tuesday at the Lions Club Park in Schumacher. Concerts will start on June 11th from 6:30-8:30 and will happen, every Tuesday until August 20th. If weather keeps us from enjoying the event, the event will take place the following day, on the Wednesday.

This beautiful park, sits on the shores of Pearl Lake. Its picturesque monuments and structures make for the perfect backdrop for us to enjoy the outdoors and be wowed by the incredible music talent that the North has to offer. From the familiar faces that we have come to know and love, to new comers to the series who are anxious to share their incredible talent with you. All of it happens this summer!

This family friendly event is free and open to anyone to attend. Sit on one of the many benches, bring your lawn chairs or bring a blanket and curl up on the beautiful green grass. While you are there, be sure to buy a tasty treat from the BBQ, where the Schumacher Lions Club Park Committee will be cooking up a storm! Yum!

September marks the beginning of my 25th year running DJTAZ music services. What a musical journey it has been. I’ve done over 500 weddings and stags, including two of the biggest stag parties Timmins has ever seen! I’ve done live sound for concerts, festivals and stage shows, travelled to the other side of the world and played in a nightclub called the Blue Dragon. Ive been on all 3 major radio stations in Timmins. I’ve met amazing musicians, both amateur and professional, famous and not. So much talent is all around us!
I would like to thank my father more than anyone for getting me this far. Without his support, encouragement and squirreling away my money to save it, I never would have even started this gig 25 years ago at the Mattagami Hotel (yes, do the math, I wasn’t supposed to be in there 😉) and continued down this path. Orest Lawryniw is the reason DJTAZ exists. ❤️🎵
I also need to thank all of YOU! My clients, my friends, my family, all my brothers that have helped me over the years. I definitely owe my success to your support! Thank you Thank you Thank you! 🙏🙏🙏
I’m going to be throwing a party sometime this year to celebrate and I’m pulling out all the stops for this one. I’ll keep you all updated as plans come together.

As I celebrate my birthday today 🍰🙂 I realized we are on year 24 of DJTAZ bringing quality entertainment to Timmins and surrounding area.
I’ve DJ’d far and wide, overseas and in the GTA. Made what I can only assume is millions of people dance and have a great time. Started with a single system with two speakers just playing CDs, now we are doing that, live sound, festivals, recordings and even offering live music from our house band ColdWater at our events now!
Stay tuned for year 25, We are going to do something really special and you’re all invited! 🙂🎵❤️
