Intensity looks different on the pitch, lots of demand in a short period of time, mimicking game action, with designed calculated rest to allow the recovery system to become efficient and helping you bounce back for your next action.

visualize. When we are engaged in a visualization, our brain and body behave in the same way as if the mental rehearsal was happening in our external envrionment. With this knowledge, a calm mind, and good intention, we can use visualization to create an internal environment ahead of the external and allow the adaptation to lead the way to health and performance!
