We’re getting super close to opening our little speakeasy # # # at Portland street. Some beta testing of our cocktails tonight with some of Toronto’s best cocktail experts. Feels good to welcome people into our little cocktail den.

We decided to have a bit of fun tonight at our Portland Street location testing out new cocktail ideas ;). The Mezcal pho-Rita is just that touch of savoury umami that works with the acid of fresh lime and a bit of sweet that works with the Thai basil essence. has a whole bunch of great brothtails and we’re here for it! Here our head Barman Alex whips up 1.5oz agua Santa mezcal, 2.5oz pho broth, 1oz fresh lime, 0.5oz rich simple syrup, and a hard shake with ice. How do you feel about this cocktail?? We’re back open for dine in service. From 5-10pm you can come by and grab dinner and drinks! Of course our Java Jingle holiday bar is still open and we plan to keep it running into January for those who couldn’t get a spot or wasn’t able to visit with friends.
