Hi Manzou friends!! This year we are celebrating Lunar New Year with a cake adorned with 梅花 (méihuā/plum blossoms). These flowers are often associated with the new year as they are symbols of courage, resilience, and perseverance since they can bloom even during the coldest winters.

This cake consists of basque cheesecake, chestnut mousse, cheese foam, and a chocolate pailleté feuilletine cookie base.

Thanks to those of you who waited patiently for us to release this 🥺 We tried our best to be as fast as we could but we a lil slow hence our name I guess.. hahah… We worked hard on this flavour so we hope you enjoy it!! High key one of my favourites now :3

For the holidays, we’re back with a cozy, festive design available in all our cake flavours*! Yes, that means all your favourites including black sesame, earl grey, matcha, and the list goes on. Red velvet will also be available with this design (we don’t usually have a full cake version of this) 👀 *Exceptions include strawberry shortcake and fruit cake (sorry 😢)

Cake toppers are included and come with two options! One for those who celebrate Christmas and one for those who just want something festive 🥰

For this year's mother's day we came up with a coconut cake. It's pretty light and most importantly, it is definitely "not too sweet"!! Give it a try 😊

Each cake consists of:
- Coconut mousse layers
- Strawberry confit
- Vanilla chiffon cake
- Red velvet base

Topped with:
- Fresh strawberries and a maraschino cherry
- A mother's day cake topper (you will receive one of the two shown in the images)

Ring in the Lunar New Year with our White Rabbit candy-inspired fruit cake! This year, we've combined our beloved nostalgic flavours to pay homage to our childhood memories. As a staple in our celebrations, Chinese fruit cake is always light and refreshing, making it the perfect complement to any meal. And what better way to honour the Year of the Rabbit than by indulging in the sweet treat we all know and love - White Rabbit candy.

This cake is made with freshly cut fruits, vanilla chantilly, vanilla chiffon cake, and topped with a white rabbit flavoured jelly.

Hellooo 👋 Some of you have been asking if we’re doing anything for Mother’s day and the answer is yes!!

We’re making a limited edition 6-inch ube (purple yam) mousse cake made extra special to celebrate Mother's day this year. Each cake is made with layers of ube mousse, ube mascarpone cream, vanilla chiffon, and topped with coconut jelly and vanilla chantilly. Our cake is made with real ube giving it a lighter and refreshing taste–and yes it's still "not too sweet" 😉.
