Customized breast cancer care can help reduce pain, improve mobility and strength, increase participation in the activities of daily living, and the ability to exercise. We empower patients in their recovery when discussing the treatment plan and making specific recommendations. We work with patients to help improve their quality of life.
The BioFlex Advantage modality (Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)/ Photobiomodulation (PBM)) is a type of light therapy that within specific parameters can accelerate healing by targeting the mitochondria.
There is an abundance of mitochondria in neurons and these cells are very reactive to light. Light therapy of this kind promotes tissue regeneration, decreases inflammation at the source and alleviates pain.
The Stimpod NMS 460 treatment improves nerve conduction and is able to treat damaged nerves or neuropraxia e.g. Bellβs palsy. It also helps with pain relief, mobility and strength improvement post-treatment.

Recommended Low Load Stretching to improve stiffness.
Stretching for lower back Hold for 1 minute per position. Bend your knees optional if your hamstrings are short.
The article βDoes feeling back stiffness actually reflect having a stiff back?β published in the Science Report 2017, July 27th investigates the
correlation between the feeling of stiffness in the spine to the biomechanical tissue state.
The evidence seems to suggest that when feeling stiff, we might be feeling a lack of movement velocity and the experience of stiffness does not correlate with the biomechanical tissue current makeup. The article concludes that when feeling stiff for some, there is a developed fear of movement which ironically will facilitate the stiffness you are experiencing.
