Hedge Road Landing is an active lifestyle community currently under development by Alliance Homes and The Rose Corporation that will feature 316 cottage-style bungalows.

Our team is very pleased to have arranged the financing for the acquisition of this parcel of development land in Toronto, ON - just south of Centerpoint Mall on Yonge Street.

The proposed condominium development features over 200,000 SF of gross floor area and 250+ residential units along with retail space at grade. The building will be less than a five-minute walk from the newly confirmed subway station at Yonge & Steeles.

We are pleased to have arranged the construction financing for the first two phases of the "Waterways of Muskoka" housing community located near downtown Bracebridge in Muskoka.

We recently arranged bridge financing to facilitate the acquisition of this flex-industrial property with a repositioning strategy in place.
