We’ve been famous for our whole wheat laccha parathas for some time now, been getting and serving orders for our frozen parathas too.

Earlier today we experimented with the maida aata (all purpose flour) paratha to emulate the Quetta Alamgir (Karachi) experience. Seems we’re very close to it and may just make it happen in our second round 🙂
