The struggle of a small business is often a quiet battle fought in late hours which eventually turn into days, weeks, months and years. There are many setbacks and uncertainty on the way. But within each challenge lies the opportunity to innovate, persevere, and build something going to last for a long time. If nothing, you will gain an exceptional experience of life.

Restaurant business is one of the least profitable businesses, highly risky and most overrated at the same time yet I personally enjoy making & serving food to our guests and that’s one of the reasons why I chose this business. There are so much hard work, innovations, consistency, discipline, sacrifices, expertise, love and care involved while preparing a dish for you. So next time, when you order a food at the restaurant, just remember that so many people have put so much hard work into it.

When I first arrived to Canada, fortunately there had been many helping hands to reach out to and I am still grateful for that. I have always believed in paying back in whatever form and whenever I could.

Today, Shambhala Kitchen is happy to announce that we are able to donate little fund to the Non-profit-organization called TCP Canada 🇨🇦.

Here is the brief intro about the Organization for those who are not aware about it. We are also glad to let you all know that Shambhala Kitchen is able donate little bit is all because of your love and support.

Tibetan Children’s Project (TCP) is a not-for-profit organization led by a dedicated team of volunteers based in Toronto. Since its humble beginning in 1999, it has come a long way in terms of its vision and services. With funds raised within Tibetan community as per their motto of “Tibetans helping Tibetans”, TCP aims to provide financial assistance to underprivileged Tibetan children living in India, Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet to achieve self sufficiency and contributing member of community and the world at large.

⭐️SZECHUAN CHOWMEIN⭐️

☆ Get ready to meet your new best friend ..the Szechuan Chowmein! It’s like a flavor explosion in your mouth but in a good way...spicy, spicy and did I mention spicy?🫢

☆ If you’re the kind of person who thinks Sriracha is a beverage, this dish will have you doing a spicy salsa in your stomach. But hey...if you’re more of a mild eater, fear not!You can dial down the heat without losing that authentic Szechuan flavour .

☆ Consider it your passport to flavor town, a journey you won’t soon forget. So grab your chopsticks and get ready on your next visit at .ca (it’s gonna be a spicy)

When we first created our menu, the first thing which had crossed my mind was to present something which was culturally connected yet delicious, which would eventually suit everyone’s palate. So, whenever someone asks me “what is your special”? I just say “everything on the menu” becoz we picked them up keeping in mind the balance of culture, delicacy and palate. Next time you are in the area, try anything from the menu and you will feel special about it.

Story behind this LOGO: I remember designing this logo a year & a half ago all by myself. Being a non computer designing background, it was more harder for me to design it. Luckily I found someone (web designer) who helped me framing this design to the final look (how it looks today). I am in love with this “Yellow” design ❤️. More to evolve in the coming years 😀.
