Our chicken parm is a perfect university student meal. 2 pieces of breaded chicken in a tasty sauce. All they need to do is pop it in the oven and make some pasta. Enough for a couple of meals, or they can share with a roommate!

One of our favourite products in the shop is the Saku tuna block. This sushi grade tuna is frozen on the boat as soon as it’s caught so you are guaranteed the freshest possible seafood at home.

Something different than the regular Poké bowl , this is a deconstructed tuna roll: sushi rice, avocado, carrots, cucumber, green onion & mango. Topped with strips of nori, and a great dressing & some furikake. Delicious!

How do you like your striploins?

These USDA prime strips are cut to your specifications. We usually go with 12oz each, but more than happy to get you extra thick steaks if that’s what you want ❤️🥩!

Icelandic Cod Loins - getting set for dinner, going to marinate in a miso paste and broil. Anyone hungry?

Love this fish, caught in deep cold waters off the coast of Iceland. The fishery is marine stewardship council, so you can feel good about choosing a sustainable product. Plus it is delicious 😋

Sushi night 🍣! We used our Irish organic sushi grade salmon and had fun figuring out how to make the rolls.

Selva Shrimp Skewers 🍤

Level up your meals with these oceanwise certified jumbo black tiger shrimp skewers.

Thaw in a ziplock with Oliver oil, garlic and fresh lemon juice and they will be nicely marinated when you put them on the grill.

Lightly oil grill rack. Grill shrimp for 2 minutes, brush shrimp with some more lemon juice & garlic , then turn. Brush shrimp with additional sauce then grill until just cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes.

this one is my absolute fave: the tenderloin ❤️🥩❤️ 4 min for each side on the bbq = perfect rare steak every time. Feeling fancy, wrap in a slice of bacon before you grill. 🔥
