Our last Boys Love Books event of the summer goes down this SUNDAY AUGUST 25TH from 11am-4pm @ Supernatural Hair Salon in Scarborough. Please support this initiative by bringing your young King out to participate in this program before school starts! We only have 15 slots remaining so please book an appointment on our site at www.gggproject.com/boys-love-books.
In addition to the stylish cuts and great books for our boys, we are proud to announce our partnership with 7yr old Kid-preneur and philanthropist, Parker of !!! Parker will be making his delicious signature donuts to distribute to boys who participate in our Boys Love Books program, this Sunday!
Just a quick reminder, boys of ALL AGES who read out loud during their hair cut will not only receive Parkers delicious donuts but will also receive a TOONIE as well as a chance to win an Indigo gift card for their participation!
We strongly believe in promoting and encouraging our youth, therefore partnering with Parker for an initiative such as this, only made sense!
Aside from making delicious donuts, Parker has such a big heart, that he has committed to donating $1 from every order to provide relief for homeless children! Please support this generous young man and encourage entrepreneurship amongst our young boys.

The barbers at did such a great job with the kids for our first ever BOYS LOVE BOOKS pop-up event. They did a great job of building rapport with the boys and making them feel confident and comfortable. ππ½ππ½ did a great job of relating with the boys while they read their books. All of the barbers encouraged the boys and empowered them while they read in addition to providing them with stylish cuts!

Thank you to everyone who made Boys Love Books a success! This was our first pop-up program and we had such a great turn out! Thank you to the moms, dads, cousins, sisters, and God mothers who brought boys out to our event it was such a pleasure seeing them super excited to read! Super special thanks to for opening their shop early so that we could have this event and to the barbers , for reading with our boys and giving them such stylish cuts! I just want to take this time to shout out all the men who have really supported our Boys Love Books initiative over the last few weeks. A lot of you shared with me your own struggles with literacy as a child and really appreciated that we were creating spaces to make books more accessible to our future Kings! It really does take a village to raise these kids and we appreciate the continued love, support, donations, encouragement and reposts!!ππ
