Qualification
1. สัญชาติไทย
2. อายุเท่าไหร่ก็มาเถอะ
3. ต้องใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้คล่อง สามารถตอบอีเมล์ลูกค้าได้
4. สามารถอ่านหรือเขียนภาษาอังกฤษพอได้ (ต้องเปิดอีเมล์ ร่างอีเมล์ หรือส่งต่อไปยังแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องได้) ไม่มีการพูดคุยภาษาอังกฤษโดยตรงกับลูกค้า
5. มีความยืดหยุ่นในเวลาทำงานเนื่องจากต้องติดต่อกับทางสำนักงานแคนาดาของเราในบางครั้ง
6. สามารถเดินทางไปไหนมาไหนได้ด้วยตนเอง
7. ต้องเดินทางไปสถานที่ราชการด้วยตัวเองได้ เช่น สถานทูต สถานกงสุล หรือแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำเอกสาร (บริษัทจ่ายค่าเดินทางให้)
8. จบการศึกษาขั้นต่ำ ป.ตรี แต่ถ้าจบต่ำกว่านั้นแต่มีประสบการณ์หรือมั่นใจว่าทำได้ ทางเราก็จะรับมาพิจารณาเช่นกัน
9. ต้องผ่านการตรวจสอบประวัติ ก่อนรับเข้าทำงาน

Job description
1. ตรวจสอบข้อมูลเอกสารพื้นฐานของลูกค้าผ่านระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และสร้างอีเมล์แจ้งลูกค้าในกรณีที่ต้องการเอกสารเพิ่มเติม ตาม guideline ของบริษัท
2. รับ/ส่ง เอกสาร จากสำนักงานราชการต่างๆ และจัดส่งเอกสารผ่านทางไปรษณีย์ไทยหรือบริษัทเอกชนต่างๆ ระหว่างสำนักงานไทยและต่างประเทศ
3. บริหารงานเอกสารทั่วไป
4. ยื่น/รับ เอกสาร จากสถานทูตหรือสำนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตาม work order ที่ได้รับ
5. อีเมล์แจ้งลูกค้าในเรื่องทั่วไป ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความรับผิดชอบ ในการส่งเอกสารของแผนกที่ท่านได้รับมอบหมาย

หากไม่มีประสบการณ์เริ่มต้นที่ 16K บาท บวกโอที ค่าเดินทาง Meal Allowance(ในกรณีที่เดินทาง) และ โบนัส ประจำปี
