While some businesses in Ontario are beginning to re-open, businesses in the GTA still do not have a clear date to safely re-open. For now, we remain closed but we are assessing the situation daily and are working behind the scenes to ensure that when we can re-open, we can do so safely. ⁠

As soon as we have a re-opening date, we will be in contact with every client who had an appointment cancelled due to COVID-19 in order to re-book all appointments as soon as possible. Due to this, we will not be taking any new bookings for the foreseeable future.⁠

You may have heard us use the term 'Blade and Shade' before. What does it mean?

Also known as '"ombré," shading is a technique done using a special tool that adds depth and definition to the brows for a bolder look.

When it comes to shading, it really depends on the look that you’re going for, as well as how much or how little existing hair you have. Do you wear a lot of makeup? Are you missing a lot of your natural eyebrows? If the answer is “yes” to either question, microblading AND shading may be the right solution for you.

The blading and shading technique is ideal for clients that:

✨ Prefer bolder brows and fill in their eyebrows very solid on a daily basis
✨ Have no existing eyebrows
✨ Have dark coarse hairs in their brow area
✨ Have darker skin tones and need more definition
✨ Prefer ombré brows

💫 BEFORE & AFTER 💫 This client came in with faded eyebrows from permanent make up done years ago. As many clients with oily skin may experience, the original strokes lost definition over time. This is why it's important to space strokes out at the front of the brows in order to prevent them from blurring into each other. While our studio is closed, we are busy planning for our future re-opening so that we can be best-prepared for welcoming our clients back safely.

One of the steps we have taken is to go paperles. This way, our system will automatically update with your details and you won't have to worry about handling any forms or devices when you arrive at our studio. So easy!

Along with this, we'll be sending COVID-19 health screenings to every client 24 hours before appointments. This is to ensure that we keep our staff and clients happy and healthy, always.

Our most commonly-requested brow shapes include Kendall Jenner, Cara Delevigne and Priyanka Chopra!

When we get the go-ahead to re-open our studio, we will be implementing several new protocols to keep you, our staff and our clients safe. One of these practices will be to provide disposable KN95 face masks for each and every client to wear when they enter the studio and during their procedure. Our artists and staff will also wear these masks during every procedure, using a fresh mask for every appointment.
