NEW CLASS! Hatha Flow with Shelby - Saturdays at 1pm. Classical Hatha postures that mindfully flow from one to another with gentle pauses. The focus will be on alignment and mindful breathwork to help build strength, mobility, and stillness of the mind. Thoughtfully curated music playlists will be used to match the flow and pace of the class. Starting this Saturday Sept 12, sign up now!
