Fall season.. Thanksgiving.. it’s definitely the season for pumpkin spice latte, roasted apples and caramel.. And let me tell you, I am absolutely in love with our creation “Salted Caramel Apple Pavlova” for this Thanksgiving! Let’s see what we got!

Salted Caramel Apple Pavlova (8 inch), serves 6-8

🥧 Light crisp meringue with marshmallow-like center
🍎 Roasted pumpkin spice apples (we picked out honey crisp and fuji apples for their tartness, texture and flavour)
🍦 Cream chantilly
🍯 Homemade salted caramel sauce (which we use for the filling of our salted caramel macarons)

Pavlova - crispy meringue shell with a marshmallow center, a delightful melt in your mouth kind of dessert 😍
I got asked from time to time if we ever make pavlovas. Truth is, I don’t offer pavlovas on a daily basis as it takes a long time to prepare and bake these delicate desserts.

Long story short, I decided to offer something extra special for this Holiday Season! Here we have: 6 inch pavlovas topped with cream chantilly, dollop of lemon curd, strawberry coulis and fresh strawberries. It is delicious!
