Another emotional goodbye to our Barista Jane who is continuing to pursue her career and returning to her home in South Korea. She has been serving our customers with beautiful latte art, drinks and food orders with a smile! We enjoyed working with Jane and we wish her the very best for the future! We can thank "the Birds and the Bees" for better coffee.... recent studies show that even self-pollinating coffee plants benefit. Some Canadian birds that fly south in the winter (sound familiar?) to Costa Rica, are eating the insects that kill coffee beans, while bees are pollinating the plants. We have noticed the bees in have been enjoying the flowers in our planters...
