The first quarter of 2021 finished off with results consistent with January and February - record sales 💥 numbers, price appreciation and market pace ⬆️. The speed of the housing market has never been faster!
Comparing March 2021 with the same month last year is, of course, somewhat problematic given COVID19’s market-halting impact mid-March 2020.
Worth mentioning is condos 🏙. Though we did see a brief softening in this segment, that time had passed and condos are again moving quickly. It’s fair to anticipate renewed price acceleration in the months ahead.
