Celebrating Women’s rights reminds us that rights are earned. We earn our jobs, our representation, our visibility. Because women (and minorities) have to work harder, be stronger, have more skills, be more resilient. Women face much more hardships because they are women. As a result, female Chefs have for sure worked harder to get where they are and to have the recognition they get. They — we — had to earn it more.

International Women’s Day is a good occasion to remind all of us that promoting women’s rights can also look like promoting women-owned businesses.
Women supporting women is a guarantee to have more successful and visible women in business, in politics, and anywhere power is.
Allies supporting women is even better.
Let’s get involved this March 8th, on International Women’s Day, and not only celebrate what we have accomplished but also make our daily lives a tool to create a better more equal future by supporting each other.
