🚫 Under Ontario labour law, we are excluded from public holidays and holiday pay.
🚫 Under Canadian immigration policies, we are separated from our families and can be punished if we speak up.

We need permanent so we can access equal rights and be together with our loved ones!

Because of migrant farm worker organizing with Justice for Migrant Workers, J4MW and IAVGO, WSIB is reviewing claims dating back to 2007.

When migrant farmworkers get injured or sick in Canada, we face job termination, eviction, and deportation. Many of us are forced to become undocumented as we escape unsafe workplaces.

For real equality, dignity, respect, and fairness we need permanent now and regularization for all undocumented migrants!

WSIB is reviewing 50 claims dating back to 2007, but thousands of workers will be excluded and the problem doesn't begin or end there.
