Today I finally listened to the people in my life who really know what I need. I took a day for myself and got out! I went to the and saw Housewarming by . There was a line in her statement that really resonated with me … “The house is, above all, a framework for considering our place in the world and the connections that bind us … The home thus emerges as a portrait at once a reflection and extension of the self.”
I absolutely love that my paintings become a part of the homes they reside in. They become a part of the family, a witness to so many life events. What a privilege 💕

‘Disappear Into The Light’
This was a special painting for me. It brought me back after a long road of recovering from brain surgery. Finding the light again, slowly healing.
I’ll be returning to that road again next week. Please send me all your light filled healing thoughts.

I know it doesn’t look like much… but to me this is pretty huge… I’m slowly getting back to what I love. It’s a new version of myself but in a way, maybe an improved version? Much slower, more mindful, intentional. Thank you for all the support and good vibes over this last month. It was a hard one. I’m happy to be here! 💕
