TMU Science offers rich student development opportunities with Ontario Biology Day 04/16/2024

Last month, Toronto Metropolitan University hosted the 36th annual Ontario Biology Day, attracting biology undergraduate students from universities across the province for two days of research-sharing and networking on campus.

Event organizers, professor Roberto Botelho and postdoctoral researcher Mélanie Mansat, and fourth-year biomedical sciences participant Ayshin Mehrabi share their highlights from Ontario Biology Day. 🧬

Ayshin was one of the recipients of Best Oral Presentation at the conference. “Highlighting the importance of my research in a simple way before a group of people and getting asked thoughtful questions helped me become a better presenter,” she says.
