The inspiration to serve Maggi with a twist struck when our founder, Anuja was roaming the streets of Mumbai a few years ago. Street-side carts serve up upto 20 varieties of Maggi magic. The idea was to elevate an already nostalgic snack and share with other fellow Maggi lovers in TO :)

The Joy of Chai. ββββββββββββββββββThindi's signature chai concentrate β now, you might ask, chai what now?! Lol, yes. We took the mess of making chai and simplified it for those busy mornings, here's how. Our team brews fresh batches of chai with Thindi's house-made chai masala, strains and bottles them for instant use. You simply mix the Thindi Signature Chai 'concentrate' with your choice of milk. We recommend a 50/50 ratio but adjust to however you enjoy it (add a sweetener or ice!).

The Underdog β Vegan Omlette aka Besan Chilla ! ββββββββββββββββββThis dish reminds us of those evenings in Anuja's home when she would get super excited for the 'fun' snack she was about to enjoy for dinner. Never realizing how nutritionally rich and healthy the dish was β made with chickpea flour (full of protein) and loaded with veggies (fiber). Sometimes, if she was lucky she could get grated cheese on it too π
At Thindi, we brought about a version that's enjoyed by so many vegan guests with a cup of chai or coffee. Brings us utmost joy to share Thindi with you all that's simply soul food π
