Earlier this week, our email provider (OpenSRS) was also hit with a DDos (Denial of Service) attack, resulting in a delay of emails until this morning.
We continue to dedicate all of our resources, as we work the backlog of calls and tickets, resulting from the earlier DDos attacks on both us and our email service provider.
Systems are up and online!

At approx 11 AM on Monday April 24th, 2023 we experienced a denial of service attack against our networks. All teams, including vendors and mitigation service providers were engaged. On the evening of Wednesday April 26th, 2023 the denial was mitigated.
As a result of changes to address the denial, services were further impacted due to the loss TLS (encryption) via the mitigation process.
Unfortunately, while working with vendors and engineers to return all services to normal, further issues were encountered; related to: incoming and outgoing calls, call queues, ring groups and user settings.
All teams have been working around the clock to address these issues and return to stable service.
We are attempting to respond to all tickets and chats, but this will take time (with new messages being received every few seconds).
We truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this unprecedented turn of events.
