Right after purchasing Asters dessert, it's important to transport it carefully to your intended destination. Here are some tips to ensure a safe journey for your dessert:

Keep the desserts in a box. When transporting them by hand, avoid swinging or unnecessary movement. Minimize handling as much as possible.

When transporting desserts by car, always place the box on a flat surface, such as in the trunk or beneath the seats where you usually place your feet. Avoid placing it on a car seat, as it lacks a flat surface. Ensure the desserts are kept level during transport to prevent shifts that could affect their appearance. Do not forget to turn on your AC.

Desserts should not be transported for more than 1 to 1.5 hours, particularly in the summer when temperatures are high. If you require longer transportation, kindly inform us, and we will work on a suitable solution.

Once you've transported desserts to your location, promptly place them in a refrigerator to preserve their safety and texture. Store them in a box or airtight container to prevent them from airing out and absorbing odors. It's advisable to store them away from strongly aromatic foods within the fridge.

Our desserts are best enjoyed within a few days of purchase due to their delicate textures and fresh ingredients. Their shelf life after purchase is 72 hours or 3 days.

Maintain an ideal temperature range between 32°F (0°C) and 40°F (4.4°C). Never freeze or refreeze our desserts. If you require frozen desserts or cakes for extended transportation or other reasons, please reach out to our team. We are always available to address your inquiries.
