Hey everyone! I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm on vacation from now until next Wednesday if I'm even more slow than usual getting back to any text messages or anything it's because I am taking these 5 days to unwind and relax!

Hey everyone,!! With the recent covid restrictions and numbers I just wanted to let everyone know that I will not be accepting any new clients at this time I will reassess at the end of May, and go from there. That being said any new clients that already have an appointment your appointment still stands as long as you're coming from our community!
Again I appreciate everyone's loyalty and support during these trying times and hopefully we'll be back to normal someday soon fingers crossed 🙏🤞

It now has been over a year since I have made the most wonderful decision to open up Vanessa's Barber House I just want to thank all my wonderful clients for the love and support throughout the last year it's been a tough year but it's been a great year so I want to give away two free haircuts. With the holidays quickly approaching I just wanted to send out a quick post to remind everyone to be thinking ahead to their Christmas hair appointments! 😊

Also, starting December 1st I will have a gift basket at the shop full of goodies and I will be collecting small cash donations which will be given to Maggie's Place to be donated to a family in need of a little help this holiday season. You will then receive a ballot to put your name on to be entered into the draw for the basket! I will draw for the basket on December 23rd which is my last day of work before Christmas!

It's been just over a month since I have been open 😃!
I just want to thank everyone for the support and loyalty! It's been an amazing journey this far and I couldn't have been this successful without the help of all my wonderful clientele/friends and family!
So I'm going to do another draw for a FREE haircut! Like THIS POST to be entered! 😎

Disclaimer* all persons posted on my page have wore masks during the whole haircut process expect for when asked to have their picture taken. Which then it was removed for the brief period of time and social distancing was performed.

Since Monday I have had the RCMP call me 2 times and state they have received anonymous complaints about me or my clients not using masks! (Which we have been!) If anyone knows who is doing this it would be greatly appreciated if you asked them to please stop.! I know none of my friends, clients or neighbors would do this. And if you are one of those people and are doing this then please find somewhere else to.get your haircut!

Hey Everyone! Just wanted to send you all a quick message. Just a few quick things

Don't forget your mask, if you don't have one I have some here for 2 dollars mask.
I also have hand sanitizer here for you to use when you come in and when you leave!

My house is currently under construction, so I apologize for the mess around the outside of the house, it should all be completed within the next month or so!

Remember to send me message when you arrive to make sure the person before you has left and I have the shop cleaned properly before you come in. If you don't have my cell it's 902-986-9322 or you can message me through the app.

The entrance to the shop is around back of the house. Just come in no need to knock!😃

Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment unless you are a parent bringing your child for a cut or you have no choice but to bring your child with you to your appointment.

Loyalty cards came just in time for reopening on Friday! Fill the card and your next haircut is on me!

Hey Guys! So while I sit here in amazement of how quick I booked up today! I just want to thank everyone for the loyalty, it's blows me away and I appreciate it very much! I honestly missed working and seeing everyone and I can't wait to catch up with each and every one of you!
That being said I just want to go over a few things that will be a bit different.
1- Please text me upon arrival to make sure the client before you has left and I have fully cleaned and disinfected my area before you come.in!
2- I will be wearing a mask, and you will have to do the same. If you do not have one I can provide you one for a small fee.
3- I will provide hand sanitizer upon arrival, I also have a sink that will have hand soap if you prefer.
4- I had to increase my booking times for haircuts to 45 min to allow time to properly clean, by doing this my day consist of a few less booking slots, in a couple weeks I will reassess. But everyone's safety is my top priority! (And of course an awesome haircut!)
5- I will still be accepting cash but will also be accepting EMT
