However, with great power comes great responsibility! If done incorrectly it may leave the boxer of balance and dangerously exposed. Here are some important tips to keep in mind; -Start by shifting your weight into the back leg -Starting from your face your fist travels a rainbow-like arch -Knuckles land facing down, palm outwards with the elbow up -Finish by shifting the weight into the front leg, and moving your head that direction -Really try and use your whole body for maximum power!
