As many of you know I have been through a lot… and people always ask me, ‘how can you stay so positive?’
This is how and why.
Yes, I have bad moments; I feel them and let them pass; I try really hard not to hold onto them and focus on the positive, because that’s what I choose to see.

What does one do after a long day of helping my patients?…. Work on my horse of course! Diesel was quite happy to get zapped by my MPS units tonight. He was calm and relaxed and untied, after a few treats he just stood and chilled while I worked on him.

Self taping of my knee before work today.
I hit it and bruised it 4 days ago, then it’s been worse after my 2 hour trial ride 2 days ago and work yesterday.
