Hi Everyone,

The agility community has been rocked this morning by news of our friend Kat at Extension Dog Sports in Nanaimo having had a house fire. 💔 💔

DogWorks will be organizing a raffle as a fundraiser with 100% of it going to help Kat and her family get back on their feet.

Evolve Dog Training would like to help collect donations.

➡️ If you have anything you would like to contribute to the raffle baskets, please consider donating. Items such as gift cards, new dog gear, new kitchen items, travel items, etc are always popular.

🔹 Raffle baskets will be put together on Wed Dec 13 morning, and raffle ticket sales will start later in the day Dec 13th. The raffle will be drawn (livestreamed) on Friday Dec 22 at 11am and will be delivered to anyone local before Christmas.

DogWorks will have tickets for sale in person and online…I will share more details here on FB.

Small-Space Agility is a fun, interactive class for all ages, held in a small classroom. Had fun training Goats...The foundation of training should be based on positive reinforcement. Positive reinforcement is the process of giving a dog (or GOAT!) a reward to encourage the behavior you want, like getting a pay check for going to work.
