Got some product from . Finally got around to testing it. This here is : raw betel leaf with sushi rice, topped with wet furikake, pan seared skirt steak, pickled radish and Kampot pepper banana ketchup. Very delicious. Up next I will be smoking and grilling oysters and topping it with their Kampot lime pepper sauce and mixed with a little olive oil.

Free pouring the prahok sauce. If you smell this sauce you would probably like “ack”, but like shrimp paste or anchovies, it has its place in food. In Cambodia, its place is at the top.

Machou Minah- Cambodian sweet and sour soup; pineapple, lemongrass, prawns , fish, chicken and tomato with a ton of herbs
Moan Laab - Grilled/roasted chicken with tons of fresh herbs, toasted rice powder and tirk trey juem.
Kuy Teav Phnom Penh - Khmer’s who call our noodles Cambodian pho should be embarrassed with themselves. Really just think about what your doing. P.S I Love pho also 💕
KFC - Khmer fried chicken - chicken marinated with lemongrass paste and crap ton of umami then starched and deep fried.
Cambodian ginger chicken and rice. What makes it different? We use ginger like it’s a vegetable in this stir fry instead of as an aromatic.
Cambodian style takoyaki!!! Just kidding we call these “Nom krok” and they can be sweet or savory. I chose to make them similar to takoyaki lol.
