C’est Pas Grave from 2022, our new Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling & Semillon!🍷

C’est pas grave translates to “it’s no big deal, it doesn’t matter, it’s all right, etc.” The region in France famous for producing wines made from Sauvignon Blanc & Semillon is also called Graves. So this is a little wine pun...it’s not Graves, but it’s also no big deal! HA!

The grapes are from the Okanagan and Similikameen Valleys. Ferment on skins for 7 days at Scout and then sent to us for aging in Qvevri. The wine stayed in clay for approximately a year & a small lot of this wine was aged under flor* for 6 months, biologically aging it & adding a unique complexity. Funky ripe tropical fruit, with lots of texture ✨
