Ginger and Chili Restaurant updated their business hours.

With cases of COVID-19 rising in BC, we now ask that all customers entering our restaurant to order/pick up take-out must wear face coverings. If you arrive without one, please let one of our staff know from the front door and we can assist you from there.

Remember, we are still offering leave-at-door for delivery orders and pay-over-the-phone for all pick up and delivery orders paid using Visa or Mastercard.

Cash is still accepted at this time.

From June 29 until July 12, the following business hours will be in effect:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - CLOSED
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday - OPEN (regular hours)

NEW update regarding re-opening:

As many of you are aware, restaurants across the province have been given the green light to open again for table service. We are happy to announce that we will be re-opening our dining room on TUESDAY June 9th, 2020 at 50% capacity! As per a new Policy Directive by the BC Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch, we are now allowed to sell and deliver packaged liquor for off-site consumption with the purchase of a meal.

Customers may be asked to provide 2 pieces of ID.

This policy is in effect until July 15, 2020.

Update Regarding COVID-19:

Ginger & Chili is committed to ensuring the health, safety and well-being of our customers. During this time we have been practicing all necessary precautions and protocols in order to minimize exposure to the virus.

The government has issued an order for all Vancouver restaurants to shut down table service as of March 21, 2020 at 12:00AM. Our take out services will continue, and we will remain available through UberEats and DoorDash as well.

To further reduce contact, we are offering for all delivery services the option to pre-pay over the phone using your credit card and opt for a 'leave by door' drop off. Our couriers will contact customers once their items have been delivered.

What a beautiful forecast for this upcoming Easter long weekend! We will be open for regular business hours all weekend long (11:30am-3:00pm/4:30pm-9:30pm Friday and Saturday; 11:30am-3:00pm/4:30pm-9:00pm Sunday). Take a break from the sun and visit us for a delicious meal or call us to have hot food delivered straight to your door!

This upcoming Canada Day (Sunday July 1st) we will be open only for dinner service from 5:00pm to 9:30pm. Give us a call or visit in person after a day of festivities to unwind with some delicious food!

This coming Mother's Day* enjoy $5 off our popular Lettuce Wraps appetizer! Fill them with a choice of delicious beef, chicken, pork or vegetarian filling.

Due to an overwhelming increase in BC gas prices, home-delivery orders will be subject to a small surcharge depending on the delivery area. We thank you for your understanding.

We are now open for full business at our new location! Come celebrate with us on Saturday June 6th from 12:00-2:00pm and enjoy a complimentary lunch (as much as you like on one plate!). Drinks will be available for purchase. Hope to see you then!

After months of hard work, we will finally be moving to our new location at 4409 W 10th by the end of the month! More details to come as this progresses.
