After months of anticipation we brought together our team for the first time for their first onboarding to Do Well .

Andrew Sabarre and myself have previously built an onboarding program with our previous organization, and have found benefits on training the team.

We were able to take learnings from that experience and see what areas were needed for improvements to make our Do Well Foundations valuable and meaningful for our team.

Having our team of therapists and client experience coordinators undergo Foundations, provides them a deeper understanding for our mission and vision, and help align their own personal values to our Do Well core values. We believe in having a strong culture of development and empathy, where we can build a really bright future together.
